Since its establishment, PANENERGY SERVICES LTD, as the main shareholder of Energy Gas and Power sh.pk” and in cooperation with” LE Trading as“, has kept growing while playing a major role in the energy sector in the broader region of Southeast Europe.
“Energia Gas and Power sh.pk” trades electricity, in the wider Southeastern European area. Power trading includes imports, exports and transit of electricity between the Albanian electricity system with the neighboring countries of Greece, Montenegro, Bulgaria, North Macedonia and Turkey. In recent years, the company has achieved considerable growth both in terms of energy quantities that trades and the overall business activity in the specific field.

PANENERGY SERVICES LTD is the major shareholder in DILOS ENERGY LTD.
DILOS ENERGY LTD deploys capital to build, own and operate clean energy systems on commercial buildings and properties, schools and hotel buildings (“Hosts”). Afterwards, the electricity generated from these systems is sold to the Host, at a discount to the price paid to the grid. The Host makes no upfront investment and can receive discounted energy and/or a roof lease stream. These systems use proven technologies and are built to generate stable and sustainable cash flows and returns while lowering energy costs for the energy buyers.
